Foundry Communities is a vertically integrated manufactured housing operator that acquires and operates communities across the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, and Midwest as a co-GP with Matan Companies, building on over a decade of partnership. The Matan/Foundry partnership has jointly acquired roughly 2,800 lots across 27 communities in 7 states, fully deploying three funds to date with a fourth now underway. Foundry brings in-house property management and operational expertise to the partnership, elevating communities to institutional standards and improving the resident experience across the portfolio.

RCB Development

RCB Development is a Charleston, SC based investment group with over 10-years of partnership experience with Matan Companies investing in flex, retail and industrial assets. The Matan/RCB partnership has invested in 19 projects throughout the Charleston market and currently retains positions in over 600,000 SF of stabilized operating assets as co-GPs. RCB Development continues to leverage deeply rooted relationships in the Charleston MSA to expand the partnership's footprint and bring value-add assets up to institutional standards, attracting new tenants and creating value across the portfolio.

Stono Group is a Charleston, SC based investment group that specializes in the acquisition of small bay industrial/flex assets across high-growth markets in North and South Carolina as a co-GP with Matan Companies. The Matan/Stono partnership has jointly acquired 8 properties spanning over 170,000 SF across 5 markets since January 2025. With a primary focus on value-add assets in Greenville, SC, Stono Group has also acquired assets Pawley's Island, SC, Hilton Head, SC, Charleston, SC and Charlotte, NC. Stono Group brings a depth of expertise to the partnership through their extensive market knowledge, construction and entitlement experience and long-standing tenant relationships, which continues to be accretive to asset value across the portfolio.

SRM Companies is a Chicago, IL based investment company founded by a former Matan employee who invests in industrial assets throughout the Chicago MSA. The Matan/SRM Partnership invests as co-GPs with institutional LP backing and has acquired 150,000+ SF of value-add industrial assets in highly desirable infill locations throughout the market. With a focus on supply constrained high-growth submarkets, SRM Companies leverages its institutional relationships and market knowledge to acquire assets with long-term value growth potential.
