Matan Signs Two New Industrial Leases Totaling More Than 92,000 SF in Frederick, MD

Matan Companies is pleased to announce the completion of two long-term industrial leases totaling more than 92,000 square feet in Frederick, Maryland, reinforcing the continued strength of the region's industrial market and demand for high-quality logistics and distribution space.

The first transaction is a multi-year lease with Sterling Computers Corporation, a global solutions integrator serving federal agencies with the latest IT hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity, and technology solutions. Sterling will occupy approximately 32,000 square feet in Frederick, Maryland enhancing its ability to configure, integrate, and deploy customized IT solutions in support of its federal customers. The transaction was completed through the collaborative efforts of Colliers and Matan Companies.

The second transaction is a 10-year lease with Global Sphere Trading, Co. for 60,000 square feet at Wedgewood South, located at 4510 Buckeystown Pike. The transaction was represented by Cushman & Wakefield and the Matan Companies.
