Matan Signs 45,000 SF Lease with PMC at Deepwater Industrial Park in Richmond

Matan Companies announces today a 45,012 square foot lease at Deepwater Industrial Park in Richmond, Virginia. Raleigh-based PMC Commercial Interiors (PMC), a Haworth dealership in the southeast, will occupy the space in Building C at 3001 Commerce Road.

Centrally located on the east coast, Deepwater Industrial Park is situated within the 43rd largest MSA in the United States with a surrounding population of 1.3 million Virginians, one of the key selling points for PMC’s decision. Coupled with visibility from Interstate 95, PMC saw Deepwater Industrial as the standout choice for its brand in the marketplace.
