Matan Companies Sells 1750 Old Meadow Road in Tysons

Matan Companies announced today the sale of their 142,000 square foot Class A office building located at 1750 Old Meadow Road in McLean, Virginia. The off-market deal, which settled on August 10th, closes a multiple-decade ownership under the Matan Companies.

Conveniently located steps away from the Silver Line’s McLean Metro station, the property offers access from I-495 and Route 123, with prime visibility from the Capital Beltway and walkability to nearby retail. Built in 1986 on four acres, the seven-story building was acquired by Matan in 2001, housing long-term single-tenant SpaceNet, prior to their departure in 2016.
