Matan Companies to Deliver Brand New Industrial Spec Suites in Frederick After Signing 87K SF Lease at Center 85

On the heels of its recent lease signing for 87,942 square feet at 4930 Executive Court South, Frederick, MD, Matan Companies announced today the plans to deliver brand new spec suites next door at 4931 Executive Court South.

“Being able to backfill the fully complete GMP space at 4930 leaves us feeling very positive about the trend of the Frederick market and our plans to deliver spec suites next door at 4931," said Brad Benna, Director of Leasing for the Matan Companies. Matan will deliver two suites, fully turn key and ready for occupancy, consisting of 20,000 square feet and 25,000 square feet respectively.  The 72,000 square foot balance of the 117,000 square foot 30’ clear building will be left in shell condition to offer maximum flexibility for users with more complex manufacturing or advanced technology operations looking for a tailored tenant improvement design. The expected completion date of the improvements is late summer 2025.
