Matan Companies Acquires 60,000 SF in Sterling, Virginia

Matan Companies announced today the purchase of 101 International Drive, a 4.84-acre industrial property in Sterling, Virginia. The 60,006 square foot industrial building is ideally located at the confluence of Route 267 and Route 28, next to Dulles International Airport. The 100-percent-leased property is home to a quality roster of light industrial users including W.W. Grainger, Inc. and Lennox International Inc. 

“We are excited to continue to grow our presence in Northern Virginia through the acquisition of 101 International Drive,” said Jamie Minkler, Director of Acquisitions for the Matan Companies. “This asset is at a prime location along the Toll Road where there is strong demand for industrial product that can serve both small and medium sized tenants.”
