Matan Announces the Sale of 4220 N Roxboro Street in Durham, NC

Matan Companies is pleased to announce the sale of 4220 N Roxboro Street to CPI Medical Fund One, LLC. Ben Kilgore of CBRE exclusively represented the sale on behalf of the seller.
4220 N Roxboro Street is a 25,408 square foot medical investment property located less than one mile from Duke University Durham Regional Hospital. The building has been fully leased to Duke University Health System for over 25 years, with its current lease through December 2028. It contains both an Outpatient Clinic and Internal Medicine Facility. The center also includes on-site laboratory, nurse education, and social worker evaluation facilities. Other than Duke Health’s main campus location, this location serves as Duke’s only Outpatient Clinic in their entire network.
