Construction is Underway on Sam’s Carwash at Westview South in Frederick

Sam’s Carwash, a family owned and operated car wash in the Washington DC area, is under construction on their newest location in Frederick, MD. Located at 4960 Westview Drive, the project will include the construction of a state-of-the-art, user-friendly facility featuring a car wash conveyor tunnel, vacuums, and a 4,400 square foot single-story building, which will offer a comfortable lobby, offices, and employee facilities.

Matan Companies, the developer for the project, acquired the 1.32 acre site at the corner of Executive Way and Westview Drive in 2014. “We are excited to welcome Sam’s Carwash to Frederick and to our portfolio as they expand farther north in Maryland,” said Brad Benna of the Matan Companies. Matan also has two other retail pad sites available nearby.

The architect for the project is Harris Smariga & Associates and Morgan Keller is handling the construction. The carwash is slated to open to customers in the spring of 2024.
