Westview South wins approval for 615 homes

Aspen Dental signs with Matan in Hagerstown

Aspen Dental has signed a long term lease with Matan for 3,750 SF at the Massey Boulevard Retail Center in Hagerstown Maryland.  Aspen Dental joins Vitamin Shoppe and Mattress Discounters at the now fully leased retail center.   

Wedgewood IV goes from 0% occupied to 80% in less than a year

Matan Companies acquired the two completely vacant buildings on Geoffrey Way back in March of this year. Since the acquisition, we have signed long term leases for a total 235,000 SF with Guitar Centers, Inc., Ramar Moving, BP Gamma, and Carter Controls.

Kohl Building Products to relocate to Wedgewood II
