Aspen Dental has signed a long term lease with Matan for 3,750 SF at the Massey Boulevard Retail Center in Hagerstown Maryland. Aspen Dental joins Vitamin Shoppe and Mattress Discounters at the now fully leased retail center.

Matan Companies acquired the two completely vacant buildings on Geoffrey Way back in March of this year. Since the acquisition, we have signed long term leases for a total 235,000 SF with Guitar Centers, Inc., Ramar Moving, BP Gamma, and Carter Controls.

Kohl Building Products has made the decision to move its Frederick location to Matan's Wedgewood II project at 4600 Wedgewood Boulevard. Matan Companies re-acquired two 146,000 square foot high-bay warehouse buildings known as Wedgewood IV located at 7114 and 7118 Geoffrey Way in Frederick, Md.
